Location: West Ave at River Oaks

Fashion on the Avenue was a runway fashion show of the latest collections by West Ave boutiques. This was my first fashion show as a new Houston fashion and lifestyle blogger and it was lots of fun. The show was excellent and the tented space was packed with great people watching.

I was particularly fond of the fresh spring dresses from Tootsies. In addition, I was mesmerized by the mix of black ribbon and jewelry accents with the bridal gowns from Ivory Bridal Atelier.

My shoes are just plain black pumps, but I added skull shoe clips by Shoelery as homage to this season’s Alexander McQueens.
