Franco Valobra, owner of Valobra Master Jewelers, recently hosted a Christmas party to honor the beautiful ladies who have been featured in his “Valobra’s Treasures’ campaign. These ladies are prominent in the various philanthropic communities in Houston as well as busy business women, wives and mothers. I have had the pleasure and privilege of being in charge of this campaign and taking all these ladies pictures. Guests gathered to enjoy champagne and view all of the stunning jewelry.

The History of the Valobra Jewelry Atelier begins in 1905 in Piazza San Carlo, in Torino, Italy. The exceptional workmanship and attention to details on the execution, paired with the extraordinary design skills, earned the Valobra Atelier the title of official jewelers to the Italian royal family. Today the fourth generation of the Valobra family has further expanded the international reach of the Valobra Jewelry Atelier. The first gallery in the United States was opened in 1982 in a historically relevant building on Royal Street in the heart of the French Quarter of New Orleans, followed in 2006 by the opening of its Atelier in Houston, Texas.

Exciting news!!!! Valobra Jewelers is opening a brand new location in early 2019 at 2150 Westheimer Road. This new facility will be a true testament to the history of Valobra through its architecture and interior design. Can’t wait!
