Russian born Valentina Kova was recently at Sloan/Hall for a trunk show of her beautiful clothing and jewelry.  She came to the U.S. to study at Parsons, then interned in Paris, then moved back to New York where she now resides.  Valentina started her jewelry line only 6 years ago and apparel 3 years ago. In this very brief period she has already landed her collection in the pages of Vogue and other major fashion magazines and was named “The Next Big Thing” by Style.com.  Her apparel has been worn by many celebrities including Lady Gaga, Miranda Lambert and Julianne Moore. This fashion guru has over 100K followers on IG and 45K on Twitter.

Valentina has a love of surfing and the ocean.  This is her inspiration for her fossilized sharks tooth jewelry.  She respects the dichotomy of the ocean, with its soothing peaceful waves and, yet, its powerful qualities. She surfs whenever time allows, particularly enjoying Costa Rica and Hawaii.

All of Valentina’s collection is manufactured in New York and sold throughout the U.S. and in Paris.
