This Houston summertime heat has me loving this lightweight smock dress from Tutu Cute Boutique by Jacqueline Smooke. The cut out shoulders and  above the knee length makes this dress perfect for any summer occasion.
With all the candy colors on the painted wall and my accessories, I decided to bring a lollipop to this shoot to add a little more sweetness.
