And so the countdown begins for Heart Of Fashion! Tootsies recently held the official kick-off party for this upcoming 3-night runway extravaganza Nov. 18-20th. People showed up in droves to celebrate Vivian Wise’s success in organizing this magnificent inaugural fashion event. Many party-goers were also taking this opportunity to purchase their HOF tickets. Several VIP customers from Tidbits.com ,as well as Jenny Weber, Tidbits’ Director of Partnerships came early to get the 411 on all things fashion and learn more about the shows.  There were tunes spun by DJ Dave Wrangler, bites from Eddie V’s West Ave and plenty of fun cocktails provided by Deep Eddy Vodka.
