Equinox is finally coming to Houston!! They are officially opening their doors today and held a glamorous dinner last night at The Dunlavy to celebrate. The dinner was co-hosted by Equinox CEO Harvey Spevak and his good friend, Michael Strahan, former NY Giant and current co-host of LIVE with Kelly and Michael. Michael is also in his hometown Houston to sign copies of his new book #wakeuphappy. The people of Equinox could not have been nicer and more hospitable. I was earlier treated to a private tour of their new facility in River Oaks District, which I will blog about separately, and it is absolutely stunning.  The Dunlavy, created by Clark Cooper Concepts, is a beautiful event facility overlooking the banks of Buffalo Bayou and Lost Lake.  The entire chandelier-lit evening was perfect and everyone was basking in the delight of welcoming Equinox to Houston and the opening of The Dunlavy.
