The first time I saw a runway show last year by Mysterious by NPN I fell in love with this line, so when he returned to Fashion X Houston last month, I was thrilled. Once again I was obsessed with absolutely everything that Nicholas presented. I think he is immensely talented and his designs are Bethie’s taste!! Just look at this dress I’m wearing. Did he make it just for me?? lol

Nicholas was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with a childhood dream of becoming a major fashion designer. As a part of a small group of advanced level students that were awarded the opportunity to study abroad in the United States, and just 15 years old, Nicholas arrived in America ready to pursue his dreams as a designer. He devoted all of his free time to studying every aspect of fashion design, and through lots of practice, he taught himself how to sew. Since then Nicholas has shown at New York Fashion Week, Fashion X Austin and Houston and several others. He has also won many design awards already in his young career.

Flo Paris introduces the concept of authentic Parisian style dishes to the heart of Texas. As an artisan bakery and a restaurant they offer a variety of savory and sweet dishes that are made from scratch with the finest natural ingredients. I especially love their crepes!! Flo also offers a touch of Parisian decor to complete your French experience. A perfect backdrop for our shoot and we got to have a few macaroons and lattes’ after. There are 2 locations ~ one on Westheimer and Bering and the other in Rice Village. Ooh la la!
