LA-based designer Kevan Hall was recently in Houston showcasing his amazing new collection at Saks Fifth Avenue.  Kevan is a favorite among the celebrity set and is known for his couture red carpet designs. Before launching his own line in 2002, Kevan was the Design and Creative Director at Halston.
