New year, new you, new opportunities. Butterflies represent emerging renewal. The butterfly adapts to change and is given the chance to develop into something beautiful. Just as the caterpillar transforms into a butterfly, shrugging off the old, we too can live like a butterfly. It may not be an easy process, as we let go of the past and look ahead to the new.  It is important for us to understand the importance of the caterpillar, for without him there would be no butterfly. We have all been given a new year, so even making just one change to improve ourselves = renewal. Happiness is like a butterfly which, when chased, is always beyond our grasp, but if you sit down quietly, it may land upon you. Happy new year and may we all transform into whatever makes us happy.
