Location: Vail, Colorado

My father raised me going to Vail, Colorado and, thanks to him, I raised my children going there too. He had a house there for many years, but had to eventually sell it because he got sick. I lost my Dad in May 2015 and had not returned to Vail…until now.  My daughter, Kendra, who lives in Denver, and I went to Vail together for some skiing, the Burton U.S. Open, eating at our fave Vail restaurants, but mostly to visit my Dad’s house and reminisce about our childhoods in Vail. We had the best time and I can’t wait to go back. Vail is one of the biggest connections I have with my Dad and a gift he gave me which will last my entire life.
