Jack Doyle, aka “The Gorgeous Gael”, was a young man who left Ireland and became a household name as a heavyweight boxing contender, an actor, and a beautiful tenor on both sides of the Atlantic. In honor of his name, two friends, Peter Kingston & David Roche from the same county as Jack, Co Cork, came together to bring a new concept of an Irish bar to America. Their concept differs from the traditional Irish bar set up by offering a sharper, edgier, bright design with a strong emphasis on exceptional food, exquisite cocktails, a strong Whiskey offering and a fantastic array of domestic and crafted beers.
