Spring is in the air at Tootsies!! This outfit would be perfect to wear to the upcoming glamorous River Oaks Tennis Tournament Luncheon and fashion show. It’s outdoor “over the pool” runway will be filled with models and fashions from Tootsies. All the ladies will be wearing the latest spring fashions with hats and sunglasses.
