Shoooz glorious shoooz and so much more! Houston-based shoe designer, Joyce Echols, recently held a pop-up at Maison Luisant to share her latest creations. A few of her close friends who co-hosted the evening were Beccca Cason Thrash, Ericka Bagwell, Greggory Burke, Courtney Hopson, Lucinga Loya and Melissa Mithoff.  Joyce Echols shoes have quickly become well-known, being worn on the red carpet by Miranda Lambert, and many more celebrity ladies. Her unique Texas-themed designs, which are made in Italy,  are a standout. Her shoe line includes ribbons, mink collars, barbed wire, mini-gold guns, bullet grommets, leather thigh-high boots, ankle wraps and classic pumps. Due to the immediate popularity of her shoes, Joyce has branched out to making fur handbags, mink rings, barbed-wire themed bracelets and chokers and stunning corseted leather belts. There’s nothing this creative beauty can’t do. Guests were treated to glasses of rose’ while shopping and mingling.
