Location: Rosalie at the C. Baldwin Hotel

Girls who wear pink will make the boys wink 😉

We are absolutely in love with the new Rosalie restaurant at the newly refurbished C. Baldwin Hotel.

ABOUT C BALDWIN

A new anchor for The Allen Center at the gateway to Downtown, C. Baldwin (400 Dallas Street) honors the brash and fiercely independent Charlotte Baldwin Allen, The Mother of Houston. Boasting 354 guest rooms and over 14,000 square feet of meeting space, a signature restaurant and abundant, activated green space in the heart of the city’s core business, sports, convention and entertainment district, the transformative property offers travelers the opportunity to discover an authentically sophisticated and modern Houston experience. For additional information and/or to book future accommodations, please call 713.351.5753, e-mail [email protected] or visit www.cbaldwinhotel.com.

ABOUT ROSALIE

Chef Chris Cosentino, winner of Top Chef Masters, has opened his first restaurant in Houston —Rosalie— in October 2019 with his business partner Oliver Wharton. Arguably Cosentino’s most personal endeavor to date, Rosalie Italian Soul is named after and inspired by Chris’ great- grandmother Rosalie Cosentino, a first-generation Italian immigrant who inspired his career in cooking.

The 145-seat restaurant is located in Downtown Houston’s C. Baldwin Hotel, named after Charlotte Baldwin Allen, known as the “Mother of Houston.” The menu features classic red- sauce dishes reminiscent of lessons Chris learned from his great-grandmother, as well as his own interpretations. Pastas are made fresh daily, and a pizza oven is a focal point of the space. Philadelphia-based interior design studio Rohe Creative collaborated with Cosentino to design a dining experience with Rosalie Cosentino’s 1970s kitchen in mind. They aimed to weave together the comfort of home and aesthetics from this period, in which Chef Cosentino was learning alongside Rosalie.

Rosalie is open for breakfast: Monday-Friday 6:30-10am, Saturday-Sunday 7:30am-10:30am; lunch: beginning October 23, 2019; and dinner: Monday – Sunday 5-10pm. For additional information, please visit www.rosalieitaliansoul.com.
