Today’s ootd share, the always chic Jennifer Brown in a flirty tulip skirt with a soft black sleeveless blouse and edgy accessories. This is a perfect outfit for going from day to evening. She wore this to a luncheon, then added a black leather jacket to take it to an evening date.  The sleeveless blouse allows for warmer daytime temperatures and adding the jacket for cooler evening temps and a bit of edginess for night time.
