New York resident Cesar Galindo is a world-renowned fashion designer who grew up in Houston. We were lucky to have him home during the holidays and he brought with him his amazing new collection. Cesar and I are good friends, so I couldn’t wait to get over to Sloan/Hall and see his latest designs. I’m in love with this black and white super A-line dress and matching bucket hat. So mod and haute couture!
