A beautiful and fashionable evening was had by all thanks to event co-chairs Alex Martinez-Arpin, Carmen Maria Montiel and Tommy O’Neill for the  3rd Annual School Supply Drive – Indigo Night: Couture Soiree. This was an unforgettable fundraiser which featured world-class designer Cesar Galindo and his latest women’s collection from New York. Glitz, shine, glamor and sophistication is how I would describe his line. Guests were treated to a fashion show, entertainment, drinks and buffet in the stunning home of Tommy O’Neill and Brent Whiteley. Proceeds from the evening went to support a scholarship program that focuses on students that are interested, but unable to pursue studies in “the arts” – design, fashion, painting, entertainment or cooking. Guests also brought school supplies for students returning to school.

Cesar Galindo’s collection, accessorized with handbags by Julie/Beth Handbags, was received with huge rounds of applause. He never fails to disappoint and is known for his generous philanthropic spirit. Come by to see us at his trunk show tomorrow at Sloan/Hall from 12:00-5:00.
