This is one of the most beautiful places ever. What a special day for my daughter, Kendra, and I to stroll this beautiful villa, museum. gardens, theatre and cafe.

Greek and Roman antiquities housed in a re-created ancient Roman country villa as well as a reconstructed outdoor theatre.
Founded by J. Paul Getty and opened in 1974. Getty Villa is dedicated to the study of the arts and cultures of Ancient Greece, Rome and Etruria. The collection has over 44,000 Greek, Roman and Etruscan antiquities dating from 6,500 BC to 400 AD. Approximately 1400 are on view.
