It’s still cold out pretty much all over the country, so let’s all try to think spring! This floral dress, colorful bags and necklace are  the perfect additions to any spring wardrobe. Em&Lee Boutique opened its doors in 2007, establishing itself as a trendy yet affordable boutique in the historic River Oaks Shopping Center. The main goal was clear and unique: to create a friendly specialty boutique that catered to fashionable ladies of all ages, providing them with a variety of merchandise that wouldn’t break the bank.
