Austrian-born, London-trained and LA-based, Emil Gampe of EMILcouture’s creations are as unique and varied as the places he’s called home, and they have graced the world’s most prestigious red carpets, including the Oscars, Emmys, and Grammys.

Boldly combining a design aesthetic honed at the world-renown Central Saint Martins with an intricate knowledge of textiles, Emil creates pieces that effortlessly meld texture, color, and style, all with a single, obsessive goal: to showcase women as the stars they are.

Emil and his vast collection of over 80 beautiful gowns is at Sloan/Hall this week, daily 11 to 6 through Saturday, August 24.

My gown is a mother of pearl tiered sequin gown with a pleated bodice and black ribbon accents. Gorgeous!
