We all love it when Houston’s very own designer Cesar Galindo comes to town! He was recently at Sloan/Hall showing his Spring and Fall collections, so Bethie went to see him immediately and brought one of my besties, Nicole Lassiter.Β Β I absolutely fell in love with these black and white silk dresses, which are a part of his Fall line. They are flowing, sophisticated and feminine. Any woman would feel beautiful at a party in these dresses and anything else Cesar designs. Love it all.
