Houston philanthropist Tracy Faulkner held her annual “Witches not Bitches” luncheon benefiting Crime Stoppers of Houston. The gathering had to be less ladies this year, but it was still as fun as ever. Everyone gathered for a “bewitching” afternoon for a good cause.
