World renowned Chilean born designer, Maria Cornejo, was in Houston for a trunk show Thursday at the very stylish boutique, Leap.
Maria’s line, Zero + Maria Cornejo, has a minimalist quality that is soft and feminine, and yet still a little eccentric. She takes photos and silkscreens them onto much of her clothing. The fabrics were soft and yet strong. The collection is presented bi-annually during New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week. Maria lives in New York and her line is sold in leading stores around the world.
