Location: Arabella Houston

There’s a new stunning condominium high rise under construction called ARABELLA and it’s going to be amazing! This blogger was asked to come by for a “construction visit”, so I got my bestie Jennifer Hancock to join me in our finest duds from Sloan/Hall. We definitely got the construction workers attention 😉 I can now check “riding a caged construction elevator” off my bucket list!

I think the thing that really sets this building apart is the private sky pools. And…it has indoor and outdoor amenty pools with views of both downtown and galleria. The design is being done in collaboration with Eric Clough of 212Box in New York. Eric also designed the Astoria on Post Oak. He is most notably known as the designer of the Christian Louboutin stores worldwide.

World-renowned high rise condominiums, from the Hudson River to the Upper East and West Sides of New York, are soon to have a not-too-distant cousin in Houston. ARABELLA, positioned next to River Oaks District and a short three blocks from The Galleria, has begun its 33 floor ascent. Every architectural detail a reflection of their belief that a high rise home begins with the art of superior exterior modeling, and concludes with customized interior finishes similar to the great new genre of high rises ascending skyward in NYC.
From the stunning entrance facade, to the spectacular lobby, ARABELLA aspires to move the “design needle” forward for Houston. Penthouses with private swimming pools crown the upper floors. The vast variety of floor plans, most with private elevator entries, create an easy path to satisfying every client’s personal style.

At Arabella, the views will be striking, the design will be flashy and the swimming pools will be abundant. Randall Davis and Roberto Contreras are building their newest condo tower with two resident swimming pools — one indoor and one outdoor — as well as “sky pools” on the terraces of 11 individual units.

Manhattan architecture influences condo developer Davis’ vision for the $100 million-plus tower and the floor plans have New York names like Rockefeller, Tribeca and Soho. Located at the southeast corner of San Felipe Road and Westcreek Lane next to River Oaks District, Arabella will have 99 units.
