Location: Marina Del Rey, California

To the south of Venice Beach, we come across Marina Del Rey. Founded in the early 1900’s, the marina remains a current and popular fixture of beach life for Southern Californians as well as home to thousands of boats, from sailboats to yachts.  Before we walked around,  Kendra and I had lunch on the patio of The Warehouse Restaurant, a local gem overlooking the marina.

In the spirit of our nautical surroundings, we donned our sailor stripes and boating hats. I picked up my dress at Muji, located on Main Street in Venice. Kendra is wearing a white jean skirt, striped tie blouse and sailor hat.
